Three questions every fuel retailer should ask themselves if they want to reduce their field service costs:
- Do we have a secure, reliable remote connectivity to all mission-critical equipment?
- Are we using all available methods to reduce field service visits for equipment maintenance?
- Can we quickly and confidently identify concerning patterns and trends based on equipment maintenance history?
If the answer to any or all of these questions is “No” or “I’m not sure”, it is time to take stock of your field service practices and the technology you use to support them.
